Arica, Chile. Chile's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Fernando Schmidt, received on Friday the Grand Master of Chile, Luis Riveros Cornejo. The leader of Chilean Freemasonry handed him the Masonic Declaration of Arica asking the governments of Chile, Bolivia and Peru to provide a framework for development of peace, brotherhood and integration of the three nations, improving the education system, according to Jurnal Masonic.
