Luxembourg, Luxembourg. The Past Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of Luxembourg, Brother Victor Gillen, is the new President of the State Council of the Grand Duchy Luxembourg. Gillen graduated from the Faculty of Jurisprudence of Nancy, is a lawyer and member of the State Council since 1999. On January 18, 2012, he was appointed Vice President of the State Council, and during 1994-2003 he was Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of Luxembourg.
